I find it quite unprofessional for a company owner to not reply to an email, even if it's a simple sit tight, or no we can't, or ..... whatever. Yet that company owner can come on an open forum and address with defensive posts other members attempts to help me solve my problem. Or is it not a problem and just my inexperience with cheap mics and rat shack meters and ears that don't work right?
As you can see I'm pretty upset at this point............ I will be even more upset if I have to ship these back at my cost. And, technically PSA can say tough SH$t you're past your 30 days you're stuck with them. I will live with that. Take the drivers and amps out, throw them in the trash and use the enclosures.
You don't ignore your customers while at the same time come on an open forum to defend legitimate issues with a product that you are selling. Again I say..... the easiest path to rule out any 'variables' is for them to ask me to ship them my amps/drivers for evaluation. DONE...... that simple.
I will be calling PSA tomorrow, since again today I got no communication with the exception of defense on this board....
