Raw bass power capability can be estimated from cone area times Xmax. Of course neither is specified by Klipsch (or just about anybody else making boxes with subwoofers in them).
YOu don't say anything about your room, so we can't estimate much about room/subwoofer matching.
2 10s and 1 15 have roughly the same cone area. I'd guess that the 15 has more Xmax, but no promises. Doesn't look like a stunning upgrade.
I'd personally go for a couple-three 15s or 18s. My personal build project involves a pair of Integrity 15's (drivers in hand) in addition to the puny Paradigm 12 that I already have.
