Netflix and Wmc... No onscreen controls...

All three of my HTPC computers have the Netflix plugin in WMC, all three have had the controls for stop, play, skip ahead, etc go missing, any ideas? Is this a new "feature" ?

I am experiencing this exact same issue as of last night

Same here. I'm glad it's not just me. I'm using Ctrl+P to start and stop now or just going through the Netflix web site instead.

They aren't there for me either but the remote controls it just fine.

I´m experiencing the same problem since the 13th of July.

I tried to restore system settings to a version from some days earlier, before some updates. But then it didn´t work at all and I had to reinstall Silverlight. Afterwards the same problem again.

Changing to a 2012 version of Silverlight also didn´t help.

Annoying.

typical random weird stuff with Netflix in WMC... same issues here, but at least the remote control seems to work. I also noticed that the time tracker that shows you where you are in the show/movie is gone.

I'm having the same problem.

I tried reinstalling the Netflix plugin to no avail. Tried installing a couple different versions of Silverlight which didn't make a difference.

I called Netflix and they suggested reinstalling WMC. I tried, but all I was able to do was disable WMC, reboot, and then reenable it. When I reenabled, all my settings came back, so I doubt that helped.

Has anyone else tried contacting Netflix Tech Support? I'm assuming the more calls they get, the more likely the issue will get fixed.

What usually happens is that Netflix will blame MS, and MS will blame netflix.

I've got the same thing happening, it's annoying but the remote still works (as do media keys on a regular keyboard.)

The annoying thing is the time line being gone and not being able to see where you are and where to fast forward to.

been on vacation and just noticed this tonight. im going to assume that since it still "works" that nothing will be done.

first went wmc internet tv - which actually looked a lot like the current Netflix interface on most devices. the chances of this being revived at Microsoft cant be good.

FINALLY!!!

After patiently waiting 6 weeks for a fix, this morning I noticed the on screen progress bar and the transport controls were back.

Sweet Relief...

Hopefully everyone is noticing the same.
