I think Sony makes a wifi and bluetooth capable receiver. Either the 840 or 1040.

I don't know how well it works or sounds, not interested in either one of those features. Just providing links to a couple of products to get you started.

Are you needing these features built in, or just accessible with peripherals?

Honestly, whichever would be the cheapest option.

1) Built in OR
2) Not built in + extra peripherals

Those are your only options for WiFI and Bluetooth built in. Any AV receiver with Ethernet can be connected to your home WiFi network using a generic wireless bridge that you can usually get cheaper than any manufacturer's own bridge. Bluetooth would more or less require that you use the manufacturer's own Bluetooth add-on, but this isn't as useful as you might think.
