Loseless audio HTPC to AVR

Thread Starter
Hey guys and girls. I'm putting together my new HTPC this week and I'm hoping one of you can help me out. I'm wondering what is the best way to get loseless from my HTPC to my receiver. Here is the stuff I have (with links):
Reciever - Denon 2313CI
Mobo - ASUS P8Z77-I Deluxe
GPU - EVGA GTX 770

I've just recently got a 5.1 setup and never had a HTPC, so I'm not really sure what is the best way to go. I heard that the GPU can passthrough the audio through HDMI. Is that correct? Thanks.

That is correct.

I've haven't messed with the audio through my Denon much, but it seems like Windows sound settings in the control panel should allow you to set the bitrate via the enhanced tab of manage audio device.

Good luck! Let us know once you get it set up and what you think of it.
