Although I run a cheap mount it is atleast metal.
I run this one and took me about 5-10 mins to setup and install.
Price was under $40 shipped.
I definitely need your help trying to watch a 3d movie with optoma hd131xe projector. I play movies through powerdvd 13 (pc). Got these glasses http://www.ebay.com/itm/130884707051?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649VIP 3D RF Glasses for Optoma HD33 GT750 HD8300 BG ZF2100GLS RF Emitter Included | eBay
Problem is that I cant see any 3D, just 2D. Are there any settings I should notice? Sorry for my noobish questions...
I have it on VESA 3D. Emiter lights blue, indicating it detected a 3d content, I switch on my glasses, but still cant see any 3D. I really got confused, shouldn't be that hard to play 3d.
sometimes I do get the 3d image (blurry without glass) at screen. I did read the thread you posted. 3days ive been reading a lot of info with no results. Could it be the glasses? I do sense glasses, 'blinking' means that they work..
I don't have another one with other glasses. I have a 2nd pair of same glasses. Still same results. I do know when they are ON, cause I do sense the blinking. TBH I don't wanna to buy other glasses too. Could it be the emitter ? Any other in here having the same glasses/emitter?
AMD 7950 vga card: Setting up Optoma as my main display
Hdmi 1.4a cable connecting vga's hdmi to optima's hdmi
Powerdvd 12 player settings : Hdmi 1.4 enabled 3dtv (1080p/24). Tried other 720p settings also
3D Content: bluray iso, top bottom mkv
Optoma hd131xe settings: 3D mode: Vesa 3D, 3D--)2D:L, 3D Format:Auto, 3D sync invert:On
Emiter: all lights are blue(indicating 3d content detected)
Glasses: On (blinking)
seems that was the problem. I had to have only one display ON, projector;s one. Not even extended one. Just one output only. Thanks! Now need to correct 3d settings, seems yellowish
