All the time. In fact, I play from the disk, via a standalone player, more often than from my online library.
* Watching a redbox/netflix rental
* Watching a movie extra (I never rip extras)
* Watching a documentary, concert, etc... that is, something I'd never rip.
* Watching one of the many movies that I don't rip. I only rip movies I know I'll watch all the time. There's no sense having hundreds of movies at the ready when I'll only want to watch a small handful of them more than once or twice in the future.
Lately, I find myself hardly ever watching movies from my online library. I learned my lesson that buying movies is generally a waste of money. Most of the time, I'll only watch a movie once or twice and never again. It's silly to buy a movie, and rip it, when that's the case. Thus, most of my movie watching is from redbox/netflix rentals or from netflix streaming.
