Here's a fix you can try: http://steamcommunity.com/app/200260/discussions/0/810938810549705289/

Joystiq just posted an update on the status of some of the games:

Capcom is screwing me over the most, with the Dead Rising series and RE5, but I'd also really like to see Iron Brigade, GTA4/Episodes, and Mortal Kombat Arcade Kollection updated as well.

Of that list, my matching games are ok. Dark Souls is a relief to see plans. DR2 off the record I can live without. I finished the original anyway.
I could have sworn I read something saying they didn't plan to fix Dark Souls because the sequel was coming soon, and it had pc support from the beginning.

I'd be majorly surprised if RE5 and DR2 weren't patched...those games are still routinely sold in those $5 game sales and by all accounts still do pretty well.....I've got RE5 (but kind of hate it since I really don't like the mechanics of the RE games, I want to like them, I TRY to like them...but I never really do. I'm fine and then a boss appears and then I just remember I'm playing a Japanese game, so there is probably only 1 way to kill the thing and if I don't have all the right crap in my inventory, I may as well star........oh, but I digress) biggrin.gif

.....and DR: Off the Record. I suppose I should just keep playing DR2 on the 360.......so probably not a huge loss if they don't patch it.

Still....these aren't ancient games that nobody plays anymore......Capcom needs to step up.

Don't expect it, Capcom is a sinking ship.

Hahaha! Yeah, seriously. I would be majorly surprised if Capcom did patch these games. Capcom is awful anymore. In fact, they are becoming worse and less relevant than Nintendo.

Yeah, that's right. I said it. Pick up your game, Capcom. You kinda suck any more. It's 2014 not 1994 yet you'd think you were in the 90's interacting with anything made by Capcom.

Hmmmm...I didn't realize Capcom had fallen so far.........oh well, there are always alternatives to the company-issued executables.....and that's all I have to say about that.

Is Fallout 3 steamworks now? Not quite sure if they're referring to just the steam purchased version or retail as well.

No, GFWL hasn't been removed from FO3 yet. Steam just removed the need for activating the key with GFWL. The game still requires it to be installed.
