A few ways to identify these "bot" posts are when initially viewing the post there may be a box with a red "x" generally at the end of the post (ie. indicating an embedded image). Another indicator is that the member ID has posted roughly 5-9 posts all within a few minutes and more often than not in the wee hours of the morning EST. What they always do is copy a post made by another member at the very beginning of the thread which is why it seems non-sensical to the current discussion at hand. To confirm, simply do a search on that post and if it shows up elsewhere in the thread, that will confirm it's a bot response and so as Mike indicates, simply click on the "Flag" icon in the lower left corner of that "bot" post and select "Spam" from the Reason for Report dropdown and one of the mods will remove it later that day.
