Pioneer SC-72 Zone 2 Speaker Output

Hello,

I'm new to the forum and I have searched for the answer to my question, but have had no luck. I just purchased the SC-72 and am trying to get the Zone 2 speaker outputs to play the analog CD input. It will play the tuner through the Zone 2 speakers, but it will not play anything that is plugged into an analog input. I know it will not play digital sources, which is fine, but I have an analog source I would like to play from Zone 2 to my back patio. The source will play fine from the main zone so I know it is not the input and I know i have the setting for Zone 2 correct because it will play the tuner. Any help would be appreciated, I hate to think a receiver of this caliber could not accomplish what my old H/K could.

Did you try using the SIGNAL SEL button on the remote to manually select analog audio? by default its set to Auto and should have detected analog but...

That is probably one of the few things I have not tried, I will give that a shot when I get home from work. I also have a video issue from one input that will sometimes give a pink overlay to the picture or drop out entirely. Swapped cables with same result, have not tried alternate HDMI input on receiver yet. Thank you for the response.
