Just wanted to know! Living in mi. watching the red wings on fox sports Detroit. any problem with taking my directtv box and receiving the games in my snow bird home in fl.I have a dish set up and directv service already.how do I set up my detroit receiver to watch hockey???

Yes, your spot beams would not be the same, and it would know after it uplinks through either when it communicates through telephone or Ethernet, that you are no longer in Michigan, and black out certain feeds.

Direct TV does not spot beam their sports tier only their locals.
