I got X1 platform installed a few days ago. The main box records but I am unable to watch anything I have recorded on any of the other hubs. I can see that it's there but there is an error message that the main box must be unplugged and it won't access it. The installer said give it a few days because it happens nationwide. I did that and it still doesn't work. Comcast has sent numerous signals and resets and all kinds of troubleshooting tricks to try to fix this but nothing. I have the technician coming back tomorrow to see what can be done. Anybody else have this issue and know how to fix it?
