Your TV didn't come with glasses? Are you sure it's a 3D TV?
And yeah, buying glasses is kinda steep for what could very well be a one-time "Oh, that's neat... but not that
neat" experience. I'd borrow glasses if you know someone with a compatible set. Yes, you will need to check glasses compatibility. Then, if you think you'll watch 3D more than the one time, you can buy glasses (or, if your friend has done one 3D viewing and doesn't intend to do more, you can just keep his).
