External SATA Hard Drive Enclosure Suggestions?

Right now i'm looking at a
Addonics RAID Tower III (RT3DAHEU3) - http://www.addonics.com/products/rt3daheu3.php
Cost: $359.00 + Free shipping
it uses a JMicron JMB393 chipset for the PM/RAID and parts are individualized and don't seem to be overly specialized, possibly upgrade-able?
or
Sans Digital TowerRAID TR5UT+B - http://www.amazon.com/dp/B004WNLPH8/
Cost: $269.99 + Free shipping
it uses a JMicron JMB394 chipset for the PM/RAID that is the same as the JMB393 but also supports on-line read data integrity check but I found a few reviews that say it's disabled.
with WD Red Drives to store media.

Are there any other 5 drive external SATA enclosuresthat supports each drive being presented to the OS as it's own drive?

Does any one have experience with Addonics or Sans Digital Products?

You can buy a 8-bay non-RAID enclosure for the same price, like this.

Thanks, I hadn't came across the Mediasonic enclosures, didn't know Newegg had non-RAID multiple drive external enclosures under Computer Cases then External Enclosures i figured they all just came with RAID.

I like the price of this: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B003X26VV4/ and it's available at amazon smile.gif.

I have a 4-drive mediasonic ProBox (non-RAID) that I run as jBOD on USB 3 and quite like it. Was cheap.
