Canare Crimp questions

Thread Starter
I have been making several cables using Belden cable, Paladin crimp tools and dies but Canare has some proprietary stuff from what I have learned. I'm trying to crimp Canare RCAP-C53 connectors with Belden 1694A cable and the crimp is .299" or 7.6mm.
The Canare TCD-35CA seems to be the only die that can complete this task clean and proper.
Will the Canare crimp die fit in my Paladin 8000 series crimp tool?
Does anyone have any other options for me?
The Canare TC crimp series is very expensive and I'm trying to avoid additional expenses especially if I have to buy the Die and the Tool (if it doesn't fit my Paladin tool).
Does anyone know of a crimp tool that will do the .299"/ 7.6mm. I would even take 7.5mm. Hopefully the recommended tool won't cost $200.....

IME, if you use Canare connectors, you need Canare tooling. One of the most popular connectors is Kings. They are compatible with Amphenol as well and Paliden plus a few others make generic tooling for Kings.

www.pacrad.com is a major Hollywood AV supply house and has about every connector and tool available. I would check with them.
