+1 the high end cable devotees never cease to amaze me they and the industry in general usually fail to provide any recognized scientific proof of the sonic benefits of expensive audiophool speaker or power cables .
A hospital grade power cord and outlet would be about the most exotic I would ever consider and they are not expensive at all .
as for speakers maybe terminated Belden wire or some inexpensive monoprice ,Blue Jeans or even terminated home depot household electrical cord !
Thats why I use ordinary (not expensive ) Amazon basics or Monoprice cables . Belden wire and Monoprice also have reasonably priced installer cabling for long runs and products specific to in wall runs . You can get a 2 pack 3 meter of Amazon Basics HDMI
for about $9.00 all 6 or maybe 8 of mine are working just fine.
