How do you keep the HVAC air return from rattling?

I just finished my dedicated home theater build. When my HSU VTF-15 hits low and loud, my air return in the room shakes. Any ideas on stabilizing the return duct? It's in the unfinished part of my basement, so I have complete access to it. Thanks.

Thermo-Tec seems to be about 1/3 of the price for the square footage that I need. Thermo-Tec is a little thicker according to the specifications. Am I missing something? Or would the thermo-tec do the job?

for your application you want to compare weight per sq ft and the price per sq ft

another variety

Going to have the same problem, looking for a cheap option because I have a lot of exposed vents. Is there any tangible differences between these products?

You want cheap?, glue 5/8 drywall to all four sides of the duct with silicon glue. You might need to wrap duct tape around the finished product to keep the drywall from falling off. Green Glue would actually be the preffered product to use, but you would have to secure the drywall in place for at least 30 days for it to cure. You could actually screw the drywall to the duct. Little pointing things sticking in the duct won't hurt anything.
