If someone has a decent camera can you put some video showing the sub(s) in action?

I don't even have them in place, level matched or tuned yet! Holy Cow eek.gif

Good to hear. I've never owned a sealed sub either so I'm not exactly sure what to expect.

Nope ordered my first one on August 10th so not sure how far down the list I am. The second one I ordered just a few weeks ago but Tom mentioned I'd be getting both at the same time.

If I don't hear anything by the end of the week I'll most likely email him out of curiosity but don't want to bug Tom/Jim too much as I imagine they are extremely busy right now.

LOL, I am just running WOW right now at -22 and the house is shaking down to the ground, just thundering bass. I usually watch at -5 to -10 and never felt anything close to this impact of the Triax's at this low level with my XV-30's. eek.gif I am having a hard time raising it to reference.

Are you afraid the house is going to fall down or everything is going come out of your cupboards?

If you haven't already. You might consider lowing the Triaxs to a flat output (not hot) I'm guessing you getting less compression and better output overall.

I sent an email to Tom this past Saturday asking about the status of my Triax (ordered late July), but I haven't heard back from him yet. I'm sure they are extremely busy right now so I'll give it some time before I email again.

Well that answers the question about whether or not I should have gone with the XV30 instead.

Okay, so must of known this question was coming.

You've heard both the JTR Cap S2 and Triax; how do they compare?....lol

I cannot answer that yet. The S2's are a hell of a sub, I can just say that I am very happy with the Triax's. We would need to have a sub shoot out and listen to both to compare. It was awhile ago that I heard the caps. I see a shootout coming real soon.

I know there are guys out there that have mucho bass, but this is the first time that It actually felt like my room was going back and forth and at super low volume. The wife is home now frown.gif I just looked at her while we watched the last pod crash at the end of WOW and I said, does it feel like the room is going back and forth and she laughed and said yes.

We know, the director of community improvements for Seaside Heights thank you for your help in taking down the burnt buildings to allow the heavy equipment to scoop up the charred remnants.
