Luckily I have a refrigerator dolly and only have one step so it was pretty easy getting it in the house.

The only problem I ran into was that they were too wide to fit through the door and I had to take the door off.

The hardest part about moving/lifting these is that there isn't really anything to grab into (like a port) and they are obviously not square/rectangular.

They are just sitting in the gameroom now. I plan to put the sliders under them and out them in place in about 30 minutes.

Can't wait to hear your reaction!

Must have triax accessory below. Got these at Home Depot for $9 for 8. Put one on each foot and I can now push the triax easily with one hand with very little force.

2nd result in Google for spl meter when I searched: http://www.termpro.com/storefront/termlab.asp

Excerpt from that page:

Term-LAB doesn't require any calibration. In addition, you can burp it repeatedly and it will produce the same reading. (The sensor in Term-LAB is rated for SPL's in excess of 200 dB although the sensor assembly is currently configured for SPL's to 183 dB.)

And here is a shot of what else came with it:

Power cable, RCA to balanced input cable, female to female RCA adapter, manual and coffe mug

Let me know if I am posting too many pictures.

Moar pictures!!!!

Here is where they are going for tonight. Probably not their final placement, but I am going to calibrate them here and see how it goes.

That is an SVS PB12+/2 in the background. That (and it's twin) are heading to the living room.

I told my wife the other day that I am getting new matching end tables for the living room. She said what color, I told her black and smiled. She didn't think it was as funny as I did.

Just turned them a bit, it looks less intrusive this way for now:

Thanks for the video. I see once I get the Triax in the room I'll have no trouble moving it around on the sliders. Still anxious about getting it out of the box and in the house though...

Just grabbed my portable hard drive with all of the demo disks from this site.

Just watched the Amazing Life THX intro and am starting to rethink having these behind the couch.

The couch shaking is extreme and I am watching this at -23. Feels like I have shakers attached to the couch!

Holy Sh.t!!

Darla (finding memo) is just too much, had to stop it watching it at -22 with subs 3db hot. Sounded like the ceiling was going to cave in.

Dare I watch the pod emergence scene??

Waiting for the wife to wake up and scold me....lol.

2 seconds into WOW pod emergence scene and I never heard it like this.

FYI - these subs are replacing the flowing:

3 XV15's
2 SVS PB12+/2's
1 SVS PB12+

I feel a little funny.....

Had to turn it down to -27, there is no way the wife doesn't wake up.

I think I am going to turn the subs back down 3db to where Audyssey set them.

Server room scene from pulse made me feel like I am drunk.

The drop ceiling tiles in my gameroom are flapping a bit at -24

Anyone know what frequency that goes down too?
