That's an interesting point. I'm from Europe and therefore anxiously waiting for some valid information regarding the international version of the Triax. I asked this question here several weeks ago, but didn't receive an answer. The PSA website states "120VAC only", but Tom himself wrote some days ago in this thread, that he was busy with fulfilling the Triax orders from international customers. Does anyone have any information whether there's an international version from the start?
Where do you have the information from, that the 220VAC amp delivers 6000W? Speakerpower provides such an amp in their portfolio, but as far as I know, no ID company uses them yet. Even the active Orbit Shifter is powered "only" by the 4000W amp. As I understood the Triax specs, the amp used is the same as in Seaton's new Submersive HP+ for international customers, with the difference that it's running in the HP+ with 2400W and 4 Ohm and in the Triax with 4000W and 2 Ohm. Seaton offers an option to switch the amp to 4000W and 2 Ohm, but only for powering another passive Submersive with the new master-/slave option. So basically, both amps are the same (please correct me if I'm wrong).
