There are a couple options:
Option 1 will allow you the benefit of the subwoofers crossover controls - Connect the pre-amplifiers outputs to the subwoofer's inputs, then connect the subwoofer's outputs to the power amplifier. You can now utilize the subwoofer's set up menu to set the low pass crossover and slope you desire. The subwoofer's output jacks incorporate a selectable high pass filter of 80 or 100Hz at 6dB per octave.
Option 2 will not utilize a high pass crossover filter - using y-splitters connect the power amplifier and the subwoofer to the pre-amplifier's outputs.
Option 3 will not utilize a high pass crossover filter - Connect the pre-amplifier to your power amplifier, then connect the subwoofer to the power amplifier using speaker wire connected to the subwoofer's high level inputs.
