Sony Audio/Video/Game setup

I have a PS3 system, and recently got a Sony KDL-40R450A TV. It has only 2 HDMI ports (one of them is ARC). I have been planning to get a soundbar, most likely the Sony HT-CT260H.

I have been researching for some time now, but I don't understand the "3D pass through" feature this sound bar supports. Does it mean I could connect a HDMI from PS3 to soundbar, and another HDMI from soundbar to TV?

In other words, does this look correct? PS3 --> CT260H --> 40R450A?

The spec on the Sony website says "HDMI™ : 1 In / 1 TV". Does it mean it has 2 HDMI ports or just 1?

I want to understand what would be a good way to connect the three together so that I get good sound and make use of Bravia Sync.

Many thanks in advance!

ps3>soundbar>tv

3d pass through means the soundbar will allow 3d content through. Some soundbars wont pass 3d through.

I dont see any hdmi ports on that one. Are you sure?

Thanks for the reply.

Yes, the new model CT260H has HDMI ports added. I believe the older CT260 didn't have any.
