Only FOX not showing up in Pasadena, CA

I just bought a TCL 40" TV and a HomeWorx HDTV Digital Flat Antenna UHF / VHF (HW110AN)I ran the channel scan and I am receiving over 60 digital channels and one analog channel.  All of the major networks come in crystal clear, but FOX (11) doesn't come in at all. I raised the antennae from 4 feet to 6 feet and nothing, even after running a second scan in the tv menu.

 

I put a long cable extension on the antennae and left the tv on channel 11 and moved the antenna all over the place, even out our north-facing door, but nothing.  I would appreciate your help.

Your signals are very strong possibly causing TV overload which hurts reception. You can try inserting a 3 or 4-way splitter to reduce the signal strength.

Another possibility is that you have interference that only affects Channel 11. At my house I lose Channel 7 whenever my neighbor runs their microwave oven.Can't think of any work around if indeed there is interference.
