You'd be surprised how good they sound for the money. I do like my HK 3390 a bit better, but not so much that I can't be happy with the TA2021 sound. The Triparth chipsets are popular because their signature sound has this smoothness to it, as opposed to the cold thinness and edgy highs that some of the other inexpensive class D designs have been criticized for. So the HK seems a touch more refined, but the TA2021 is very pleasant to listen to.
Plus, I was able to measure 100 db (using pink noise) from 3 feet away with the Indeed TA2021, and the amp still had a touch more headroom (although I did feel the amp was starting to lose composure at this point). This with the Ascend Acoustics CBM-170 SEs. So with decent sensitivity bookshelves, plenty of headroom on the amp for more normal volume listening in a computer setup, and it fills my small, home office room with moderate listening volume for when not seated at the computer.
So I like it enough that I bought one for another room, and then recently picked up one to give to my brother as a present for use in his office.
