I purchased an optoma hd131xe online from amazon, during a quick travel to the usa.
I don't had time to test it immediately, since i traveled back to Brazil one day after the delivery.
For my surprise when i turned on the PJ two horizontal lines appeared.
I will try to contact optoma support here in Brazil, but i'm not sure if the warranty is valid here.
Anyone knows how to fix it? Is there a dmd chip issue ?
I read something about oxidation caused by salted air during a ship transportation, in this case all i need to do is remove the mainboard and clean all connections with an anti oxidant. Can it solve my problem?
This is a brand new optoma model and i'm not sure if anyone here in brazil is able to solve this issue, so please help me.
