Damn. Not bad. Is that a BF4 bench loop or Prime95?

Nope, real-world test, playing a full round of multiplayer lol

All settings maxed, no AA, 2560x1440

Our H100i coolers are good:) Hydro is the way to go.

Built my first custom loop right before BF4 was released, and I'll never go back.

I hear the fan from my DLP HDTV before I hear my gaming rig. At full load the CPU and GPU never goes above 50.

Wow, that's impressive. The only complaint on my rig is the noise. It's not terribly loud, but if I'm watching late at night and the volume low on the TV, I can hear it. I think it's the GPU making most of the noise, but not sure. It's pretty constant.

Even when it's idle?

Yeah, that's why I said I'm not sure about it being the GPU. I haven't messed with the fans much yet, but they are on a central controller, so I think that means I lose the control the mobo offers for each one. The GPU is set to auto and is running at 17% at this moment....only steam and a browser open.

Okay, so your question caused me to look around a bit and it was just a stupid mistake on my part. I don't remember doing this, but the H100i fans were set on fixed mode at 2000rpms. I think this happened after I installed the GPU, but I really have no idea how or why. I would not have selected this value or setting. So the fan/noise issue is solved and is running much quieter now.

After completing the build and running prime95 for a night, I haven't gone in and played with clocks or fans/temp. I haven't played a game yet that would require any OC'ing.

Ya, I figured something isn't right. Any modern PC should barely be audible at the desktop. I even went as far as to slow down my CPU fan to like 200 rpm. I'd shut it off completely like the other fans if I could...the only fan I can really hear is the PSU, but I have zero control over it.

Yes, by comparison it is now about the same level or slightly quieter than the Homerun.
I've never seen/heard my PSU fan come on, even when running Prime95.
