SVS PB12-nsd or PC12-nsd ?

Trying to decide between these, basic question is cylinder versus front ported, my room is 15x20, I am 60/40 music ht, thanks

Well their both essentially the same SW. I guess you have to figure out what your criteria is and go from there.. at least start from there.

I just got the pc12-nsd. Amazing! I just don't have room for the pb12 and the pc fits perfectly. The cylinder is unique too.

^^^+1 Congrats! Yeah as far as what I am attracted to and criteria I have, I favor the PC style over the box style also. That’s not always the case, but concerning the NSD option I have it is. Very easy to move, place/footprint, down firing and look. It’s very durable also not to mention the performance and a little little less $$.

According to Ed Mullen from SVS, they do measure a hair different because of the driver orientation, etc., but in room performance will be the same. I'd go with the PC12-NSD as it's $70 cheaper.

agreed the PC12 is a better value!

I bought two PC12s last month and LOVE them. They are subtle when needed and will tear your place apart when wanted. Two big thumbs up from me.
