Putting TC Sounds Axis drivers in my eD a2-300 enclosures.

Hey fellow bass heads, so I am going to upgrade my eD a2-300 sub's drivers and amps. I already know about using a specific driver for a specific enclosure and I'm really not worried about that. What I am wondering though, is will this driver be too heavy for the enclosure to support it? The Axis driver is a massive 48lbs. I plan on filling the old driver mounting holes and drilling new ones with super heavy duty wood screws. I will be using iNuke amps to power them.
