It's true that a digital commodity does not have tangible or quantifiable losses from a lack of sale. You also cannot claim to quantify any pirate to consumer conversion claims. Studies abound for all sides of the table, and Mark Twain has some choice descriptions for them all. The point is that it is not your intellectual property and because it is easy to do, doesn't make it right or legal according to our laws.
