Had giant woman and everything. Monsters vs Aliens. It was pretty good but I can see my kid not getting it. She did like The Croods or at least watched most of it. It's a looker for sure.
Monsters vs Aliens is one of my families' favorites. Funny stuff for the adults, and my youngest, who was four when we first saw it theatrically, loves it any time a a female hero kicks butt. She would LOVE Kick A$$ but may have to wait a bit on that one. LOL.
We did Frozen over the weekend and really enjoyed it. It is extremely cold here right now and weird to go see a FROZEN entitled movie when it is FROZEN outside.
16 degrees for the drive home from the theater.
The movie was better than I expected. The first half hour is a bit heavier than the trailers imply and I kept checking out my eight year old but she was eating it up. Olaf, the little snowman was written better than your usual zany side kick. The whole time I thought he was voiced by Jonah Hill and I kept saying to myself that he was doing a good job with this role and not as overdone as normal. LOL. All in all a very good time and will definately have this on blu.
