yup never been very good at search engines.. really need to figure out what I do wrong.. but anyways

finally got the wall closed up and painted, and will be mounting the t.v. soon, and read It's best to have a media disc to run on the plasma for the first 100 hours..

so I'm looking for a place to download media to use or buy a disc.. odd that the retailers don't sell them, nor the makers surply one.. but anyways.. any links would be great..
thanks...

You can watch TV as usual, and only run the slides when you are not watching. Or you can skip the slides, if you are not in a big hurry to get to 100 hours. Just avoid content that would cause image retention, like cable news channels and letterboxed movies. If you are not in a hurry to get a professional calibration then you need not bother with those slides at all.

Burn-in is incredibly rare. Plasmas are more prone to image retention early on, but that is fixable. If you are not going to get a professional calibration, don't bother running slides.
