I am on the final pieces to finishing this project and that is the trim rings that i still need to make.
About 13 rings are pending once they are done this project is finished.
In a nut shell the speakers are hooked up and getting broken in.
They are LOUD and currently only feeding 100watts.
Future tweaks will be adjusting / modifying / replacing the xovers i need /want more upper mid bass.
I have plenty of low bass and full range & highs but I think I can use more filler in the middle spectrum.
To be exact I know I will need to test it with a Mic and software. (Saving up for that)
I think the best solution will also be to add a active xover and multiple amps ( 3 at least)
At the end of the day I am very Happy, funny thing is it sound better as i turn up the volume higher.
No distortion just loud and clear and even make my sofa rumble but keeping it controlled so i don't blow my speakers on the first week.
Looks and sound great.
Keeps making me smile ( feel like a kid with a new toy)
Thanks to all who chimed in and helped me thru my first DIY
