Opportunity to get dedicated sq ft on a new home build

I'm designing a new home, single story. I have an opportunity to make a dedicated 'home theater' room and could probably use 12x15' or somewhere around there, not much more. The house will have 11' ceilings standard, 2x6 exterior and interior walls, all insulated. I get to have the cabinet maker (read "shelf installer") do some work during construction for AV closet/in-wall speakers because added cost is minimal during frame and finish to have that stuff put in from the planning stage. Thinking of a projector and screen and a few amenities to look and feel comfy (couchs? second hand ht seating?) but will stay grounded in definite Texas trailer-style! (well, that's where I'm living until the house is built anyway) All with just a few hundred $ here and there to spare. What do you think?

I have the dimensions available from the plan as 11'10" x 14'. A single entry door is on the 11' wall. Any thoughts on those dimensions for a theater room?
