Wood for #4 cut and ready to assemble. Sprayed it and weighted it so hopefully it will unwarp some. It was REALLY bad.
These are the pieces I used for the front baffle. It's not clamped on the other side or anything, that's just how it's resting freely. After clamping/nailing them together its close to straight. The wood was also so bad I had to cut all 4 sides of that to get a square and even baffle. Same source as last time too which was much better.
My next builds will use high grade MDF. I'm done dealing with bad ply.
