One was the documentary by Martin Scorsese titled "Shine A Light", which chronicled the Rolling Stones. Great show, that mainly took place at the Beacon Theater in NYC. First, you have to get over the actual appearance of the aging Stones band. After you've conquered that feat, then you can enjoy the superb Musician-ship that can not be matched to this day. These guys are the pros, and are what all other rock bands aspire to achieve or even get close. Just turn on the radio today and you'll soon realize that ain't gonna happen.
Next up was the 2008 movie "In Bruges". This is a Brit flick, but a good one as well. Stars Colin Farell, Brendan Gleeson and Ralph Fiennes. This about two Brit mob hit men that screw up a job and are exhiled to Bruges (in Belgium) so things can cool off back home.
Tuning in to a little Pink Floyd as I type. Next up is more Bob Dylan...Lately, I can't get enough of the guy. On the TV...Military Channel, "Wings Of The Luffwaffe".
