Dead lifts. Nice! I keep meaning to incorporate those back in to my routine but I lift at lunch and would have to drop something else off. My lower back could sure use them though.

As it turns out the liquor store had the big bottles of Stolly's on sale... check... smaller bottle of Kahlua on sale... check, but I only have enough 1/2 & 1/2 for tomorrow morning's coffee (which I predict I'm gonna need), so tonight I'm using some Baileys Irish cream instead. I'm rewarding myself as I took my TV apart today and cleaned the Light Engine lenses. I was hesitant about doing this, but a very good thread started by videobruce guided me to amazing results.

TBL via VUDU is queued up for tomorrow night, and the "Caucasions" will be flowing. Fun times ahead!

Well guys, here waiting for Irene..... Let's see what happens... Everything is kool and quiet until now but it will get interesting thru the night..... Made some plantain with garlic shrimp... And drinking some local rum and coke.... that's the ticket!!!!Attachment 220695Attachment 220696

Audixium, the bar was stocked with The Captain a couple of weeks ago, but he has since jumped ship. The girls didn't show up (would've probably passed me by as if I didn't exist anyway) though.

Harvey Wallbangers were still popular in the 1970s, even into the 1980s.

For my Minnesotan friends to the south, I've recently returned from your burgs and brought home some of this:

Surly Cynic
Surly Bitter

Not sure why, but the names ring true to me. Maybe cuz I work for the gubmint.

As for the Star Wars set, I bought the UK version (I like the packaging better) and I'm waiting for it to make the jump across the pond. I wish Chewie had fixed the hyper-drive.
