Does anyone know if the Victor(=JVC) DLA-M15 is the same exact model as the JVC DLA-G15U projector? Does anyone know anything about the Victor model? Thanks...Steve.

... search in the "$5000 and Up" forum; almost five years old... the guys are saying it's noisy and hot(45db) and the bulb cost is a buck per hour(900h/$920). Excellent PQ though - the guys are saying!? Desperately looking to see one in action: NJ, NYC, NE PA, SE NY...

Good luck, Tzvetan

Yes, in Japan Victor = JVC. I believe JVC actually stands for Japan Victor Company. I've read that the only difference between the G15 and M15 is that the M15 has a fixed lens (i.e. no zoom). There were a few threads here a couple weeks ago when ********** started selling them under US$4000, check the search.
