It was a couple of weeks at least.
Comcast STILL hasn't updated the Comcast.com lineup with the new channels in the 800s here in Center City/South Philly, and they've been live since late November or early December. If Comcast doesn't update that, I bet TiVo/Tribune never finds out about the change until a subscriber tells them.
When you submit the information, include a link to the World of More PDF of the new HD lineup in your area, hosted at a Comcast site. Without that, they might not believe you.
