I am happy to provide an Adobe PDF of a letter I received from Draper in regards to the the M2500 issues. Jim was also nice enough to talk about the M1300. So...Here it is at last!!!

David, I can't get the pdf file to open on my Mac (although I have no problem downloading other pdf files.)

Is it possible for you to copy and paste the letter in another post so it can be read directly in this thread? Thanks.

David,
So does this mean that all M2500 screen purchased around the beginning of 1999 are all 2.3 gain? Specifically, mine was purchased in 09/99...

Mark, Thanks so much for your extra effort in retyping the entire long, long letter from Draper.

The replacement M2500 fabric that Draper sent (took another four weeks and they sent another frame, which wasn't needed) looks perfectly smooth, except for a couple of small scratches which should not be any problem. My first fabric looked like it had been run over by a motorcycle gang.

Draper did arrange for Airbourne Express pick up at my home. It was effortless and cost me nothing to ship it back to them. That's good customer service.
