I'm building a dedicated theater and considering putting the center channel and maybe other speakers behind the screen. I would be interested in hearing comments about how much perforated screens affect the sound, especially if the center is behind the screen and the R & L channels are not.

If you do a search on "transparent" on the screen forum you will find many posts covering different materials, pricing, and opinions on perforated screens.
