Thought you guys might get a kick out of the following transcript from Comcast's Live Chat customer service web page. BTW - I'm just trying to get service switched over from Fort Wayne to Grand Rapids. This was on 5/8/07 @ 5:15p

[BTW - I'm going to miss you guys... well everyone except the WFFT weasels! I'll still check in, take care of yourselves, keep being nice to the WANE/WISE engineering staff, they are a tremedious asset the the board and the Fort.
