Depending on your monthly budget. If you want HD go with Voom. $1 for up to 3 HD receivers installed with antenna for local (if any) HD's. Must keep service of at least Voom package $49/ mo. Va va voom package $69 includes all movie channels. Up to 39 HD channels , check out their websight. Voom may be sold to Dish Net probably be same programming. Just send money to a different place. Best Guess!
Dish Network will give you 2 HD receivers and 1 dual tuner DVR free. Free install included. Their deal you must subscribe for 1 year HD package and basic package. $30 + 10$ = $40. HD package currently ESPNHD, TNTHD, HDNET, HDMovie channel,HD PPV movies, and Discovery HD. soon to be added ESPN2HD. Some Voom HD channels will probably be offered also if sale goes through. On your own for OTA but receiver will pick up OTA and does an excellent job just need an antenna. Also have a HD DVR receiver cost $550 for that or $279 if first time customer.
I do not see where DirectTV will give you a HD receiver. Will give you a DVR receiver for $50 as special offer. Programming a few $ more then Dish (no big deal though) still get free install for up to 3 receivers. They do have NFL sunday ticket exclusively if you don't mind spending the bucks. Otherwise programming about the same and PQ about the same on all three. With the edge to Voom for HD. Good Luck.
