Burning DVD-R to play in continuous loop?

Thread Starter
Hi,

Another newbie question (apologies if this is the wrong forum): is there any way to encode to a DVD-R the ability to play in a continous loop on a standard "set-top" DVD player? I'm still digging on Usenet and elsewhere and I've found references to this being possible, but not any "how-to" links yet.

If anyone can point to an online reference or a better forum for this question, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Philip Sloss

Philip,

I haven't tried to burn a disk like this but in DVD-Lab (http://www.mediachance.com/dvdlab/index.html) you can add a movie and draw a loop connection from the end of a movie back to the beginning. You can also connect the title button and first play to the same clip. This should result in an infinite loop, menu-less DVD.
