I found that Tsukumo accepts international order. http://www.tsukumo.co.jp
I am looking for another company that accepts order outside Japan.

Thanks.

Among the emerging HTPC fans in Japan, this product is expected to become THE solution for HDTV and RPTV.
Canopus is a high-end GeForce card producer in Japan, and their cards have changable filters, daughter-carded interface to avoid noise, and direct power input sockets to maximize stability.
This card shall eliminate the need for any external transcoder.

Great heads up post. I have had my eye on the Spectra 8800 every since the thread about the 5 BNC daughtercard (due to the wonders of international roaming even though my forum address is the SF Bay Area I am in Tokyo about a 30 minute train ride from Akihabara (Electric Town); the hold up (other than a very high price) is that I really would like English manuals for this and the Video Port 600A.
Has anyone seen these products for sale anywhere that English is the primary language? Australia maybe?

I ran across this product searching Google the other day and lo and behold someone had discussed it here back in January.

Does anyone here know if the daughter card supports output of component video YPbPr? If so that would be excellent news, specially if we can get this in the US.

Is there an english web page somewhere that gives a good description?

I own an old Canopus TNT card and the Videoport 600.
They used to sell them in the US but now they are only
selling the graphics cards in Japan and they only supply
Japanese software.
Too bad since they make excellent hardware (and software).

The reason stated at the time was that the price competition was
to tough. In Japan they can set the price ridiculously high
of course ...
