The installation technician came a couple of weeks ago and did a FANTASTIC job. Compared to the previous tech that visited my home before that..."Jimmy" was professional, accomodating with my requests, and did a very neat quality install!
Internet service has been up and running for about two weeks now and is very reliable, stable, and as fast as advertised, which more than good enough for my useage.
Charter definitely has some really great techs along with some not so great techs.
I have a question, I would really like to send a snail mail about my GREAT service from Jimmy. Do you have a Charter HQ corporate address for the CEO and the customer service exec as well? People like Jimmy should be rewarded for outstanding service to their customers.
I don't think this happens often enough as the only time most people take the time to contact the brass tacks is when things are wrong.
