You should be able to receive all GSP locals in Mauldin with a "good outdoor antenna," assuming the good outdoor antenna is appropriate for the location. In some locations, 13-WLOS from Asheville is problematic, so you ideally would need a good HiVHF/UHF combo antenna, and perhaps a preamp. WSPA-7 is also VHF, but they have a better signal. WYFF-4 and WHNS-21 are UHF. And if your antenna does have a good UHF component and is aimed northeast, it will receive several Charlotte channels including WBTV-3, WCNC-36, WJZY-46, and WMYT-55. Also, WSOC 9.1 or 9.5 will come in from early evening and overnight depending upon location. My set up is UHF optimized for Charlotte and also receives GSP UHFs from the side, as well as VHF 7. But added a VHF antenna to reliably receive 13.
