Yes, don't worry. It is an artifact from the logo that KGW places near the bottom left corner of the screen. It goes away when the logo goes away. If you compare a DVR'd local broadcast to an ON DEMAND version of the same exact show (you can freeze the picture at the same exact spot) the logo will be gone and the spot will be gone with it. Nothing wrong with your TV.
