SCART to RCA conversion anyone?

Quick question from an American now in Europe. How can I connect my DVD US (but region free and converting to PAL) player to a TV which only has SCART inputs?

I'm not sure what the connector looks like but I just did a search on Ebay and somebody out of the UK is selling one to go from SCART to S-Video/ video and audio.
