Is it possible to use statistical multiplexing (you try saying that five times fast) to reduce the bandwidth on WDBJToo/Weather during HD broadcasts? I think some stations do that...was wondering if you were doing it or looking into it. You seem very "proactive" when it comes to quality, both on the digital and analog sides of the equation.
By the way, cut those guys some slack while they're trying to get their splicer, encoders and PSIP figured out. It ain't easy.
From what I understand, WFXR will eventually want to end up with the PSIP data pushing 27-1 and 27-2, right? 27-1 being their HD/upconvert signal and 27-2 being WBVA?
