From what I've been told (and heard on this forum), only a tech can get the parts & do the replacement. There were a number of posts concerning this on other threads which discussed having x number of bulbs blow in x amount of time, finally having the ballast replaced & no more problems.
Then again, it may not be the ballast. But, you should call a few Panasonic authorized service centers and at least get a quote to come out and have a look at the set. Having them check your TV should cost less than a replacement lamp, so it may be worth it. Especially if it improves the longevity of your lamp life.
